At Miami Team Store, we want you to represent your team with pride; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your sports apparel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
